The Objective of this project was to review and make an objective assessment of top management to see if they were fit for their current role; identify various skills gaps, suggest changes to any strategic role as necessary and give guidance on how to ensure that all roles worked as a team.
We developed practical guides for training and development and recommended areas where they would require additional support in situations where the role cannot be re-assigned.
Impact
Shared insights with the board that helped them change their perspective and decision-making approach to talent. This ensured that the team they entrusted to implement the strategy remained engaged, inspired and involved.
