I learnt a lot about myself, my style to begin with, my strengths, my weaknesses and motivators,how I relate with others among other amazing things.One of the biggest takeaways for me was that lack of vulnerability may shut opportunities so I am learning to be vulnerable. I also realized the importance of listening to understand, responding instead of reacting,being patient and understanding different perspectives. Overally, the experience helped me grow in many different ways; my confidence improved, how I interact with others changed and I become more intentional about my relationships with myself first then with the people around me.
