The Peer Mentorship Program was a really eye-opening experience for me. At the beginning, I wasn’t sure about it due to my shyness.I wasn't confident in myself especially when it... read more came to speaking in public even when I had the right answers or solutions but as the sessions went on, I became more comfortable sharing my thoughts and engaging with people. I learnt a lot about myself, my style to begin with, my strengths, my weaknesses and motivators,how I relate with others among other amazing things.One of the biggest takeaways for me was that lack of vulnerability may shut opportunities so I am learning to be vulnerable. I also realized the importance of listening to understand, responding instead of reacting,being patient and understanding different perspectives. Overally, the experience helped me grow in many different ways; my confidence improved, how I interact with others changed and I become more intentional about my relationships with myself first then with the people around me.

It was an amazing experience with amazing people, understanding myself was the best part of it all.Am greatfull to be a part of it🥰
