The program emphasized on trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. I saw how these behaviors make or break a team.I reflected on my own team dynamics and identified areas of improvement. 3.Emotional Intelligence I learnt that this is a 'must have skill' I learnt to recognize and manage my emotions and empathize with others rather than judging them. It was powerful to understand how emotional intelligence can boost relationship and productivity. Otherwise the program was a game changer. I gained practical tools like the stress trigger and coping plan worksheet, Future Mapping Worksheet, just to mention but a few. I learnt a lot about myself, my style to begin with, my strengths, my weaknesses and motivators,how I relate with others among other amazing things.One of the biggest takeaways for me was that lack of vulnerability may shut opportunities so I am learning to be vulnerable. I also realized the importance of listening to understand, responding instead of reacting,being patient and understanding different perspectives. Overally, the experience helped me grow in many different ways; my confidence improved, how I interact with others changed and I become more intentional about my relationships with myself first then with the people around me.
