The program emphasized on trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results. I saw how these behaviors make or break a team.I reflected on my own team dynamics and identified areas of improvement. 3.Emotional Intelligence I learnt that this is a 'must have skill' I learnt to recognize and manage my emotions and empathize with others rather than judging them. It was powerful to understand how emotional intelligence can boost relationship and productivity. Otherwise the program was a game changer.
