Leadership Training Program

Conducted a leadership training programme for 32 Senior Civil Servants in Tanzania Police Service.

The overall objective of the Programme was to enhance the participants’ leadership qualities and hence improve their ability to effectively lead others.

Impact:

  • Integrated Leadership Assessments into the Police Force.
  • Participated and gave expert advice in the fine-tuning of the Leadership Competency Framework.
  • Provide suggested Training and Development programs to bridge the gaps identified.
