Career mapping – This is an ongoing programme where we help pre-university graduates develop a career plan (using psychometric assessments) to assist them select careers that will fulfill them in the long term and prevent them from changing courses half way.

This helps the organization plan for the students they sponsor and gives them the assurance that the student has benefited more from them and developed a sense of self-awareness.
