The overall objective of the assignment was to conduct a psychometric assessment and  provide overall coaching for aspiring student managers and entrepreneurs in order for them to gain exposure of the real world.

Develop a more confident person who was ready to be taken up by organizations as a Graduate Management Trainee. This Person would have a more definite career path as they would be more self-aware and would therefore contribute more to the organization and articulate how best they would fit into an organization’s strategy.
