The Genos Emotional Intelligence Certification Program is specially designed to make the coach an expert in applying Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the workplace.

The program included a personal 360 EI Assessment debriefed by a certified Master trainer, inspirational content, participative methods, experiential scenarios, and action planning. This program was designed for experienced learning and organizational development professionals, human resource consultants, executive coaches, and organizational psychologists.
