Program Description

Based on best practices, our 3 day leadership development program will connect to real-world demands. The program is built around factors vital to the success of leaders: Vision, influence, communication, thinking and acting systemically, self-awareness, resiliency, and learning agility.

The program entails;

  • Personalized feedback using a variety of validated assessment tools as well as post-program assessment & coaching to ensure continued  development.
  • Discovering your leadership style and priorities on the Leadership Map.
  • Learning three drivers of Vision, Alignment and Execution and understanding how these behaviors impact a leaders effectiveness.
  • Positive changes in behavior related to negotiation, influence, communication & greater self-awareness.
  • Learning about your strengths and challenges in the Work of Leaders process.
  • Writing an action plan for improvement in one challenge area, with completion dates, metrics and the outcomes needed to advance to the next level.
