Psychometric Assessment Tests in Rwanda
A psychometric assessment is a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals’ mental capabilities, behavioural style and interests. Psychometric assessments are designed to measure candidates’ suitability for a role based on the required competencies and aptitude (or cognitive abilities).

What does the Psychometric Assessment Test entail?
The psychometric assessment reveals consistent, in-depth and objective insight into an individual’s thinking and reasoning style.

Together with the performance model prescribed by the company, predictive performance can be determined as a factor of perfect job match. This helps characterize an individual as a “good fit” or “poor fit” for the position.
The individual is evaluated against twenty attributes. 5 under thinking style, 9 under behavioral traits and 6 under occupational interests.
Individuals who complete our psychometric assessment tests in Rwanda are asked to answer 182 questions that map to specific attributes on the STEN (standard ten) graph and correspond to a numerical STEN value of 1 through 10. The numerical values correspond to the candidate’s likelihood of exhibiting certain behaviors.
How do the Psychometric Assessment tests in Rwanda work?

The Performance Model
is a benchmark that identifies the characteristics that differentiate between the right fit and top or bottom performers for a given job.
The information used to build the Performance Model is derived from the job description of the role. This makes the hiring of each position to be different and unique for every organization.
The duties in a certain role are then defined into the cognitive, behavioral and occupational interests’ areas and the scoring comes out in a Standard Ten (STEN) scale.
Once established, we deliver the psychometric assessment to the candidates over the Internet—by simply forwarding a link. The assessment does not need to be monitored, so the candidate can take it from any computer with Internet access. The assessment requires approximately one hour of the candidate’s time.
The system instantly scores the assessment and informs the candidate where they can access the psychometric assessment report. Results are available immediately and the psychometric assessment report can be shared with the individual candidate or the company’s decision makers anywhere in the world.

The Profiles Sales Assessment™ (PSA) measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization. It is used primarily for selecting, onboarding, and managing sales people and account managers.
The “job modeling” feature of the PSA is unique and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors.
