CEYA | MOYA AWARDS
Conducted a CEO and Manager of the year selection and award process that was hosted by Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) in partnership with Profiles International TMS Ltd.
The overall objective of this assignment was to conduct the assessment process for the CEO and Manager of the year categories in three phases:
- Participants were required to take the Genos Emotional Intelligence Leadership 360 degree survey.
- Raters of the nominees were to complete an online survey.
- We conducted face to face interviews with the nominated participants to obtain more information and validate our findings.
- We conducted individual debrief sessions for each nominated CEO and Manager participants.
Impact
We used two powerful assessment tools whose objective was to get a better understanding of participants emotional intelligence, level of impact and engagement in their company and gather feedback on how to improve their leadership.
