These powerful 2-3 day programs will equip participants with skillsets to improve their understanding of emotions and emotional intelligence in their leadership.
Specifically, participants will:

- Improve their relationships and well-being outside of the workplace.
The programs have been designed to be run with or without assessments. The inclusion of assessments is optional and offers us the opportunity to be flexible and adapt the programs to the leaders needs.
